Public Classes in the Community

The classes listed below are open to the general public. This list is updated as instructors from partnered agencies inform the Rent Well Program of upcoming classes. Classes have limited space, so check back often. Please note that some agencies may charge a minimal fee, which will be listed. Although 70+ agencies teach the Rent Well course, most only offer the course to their current or past participants. If you are working with a non-profit, case manager, or social services agency, feel free to ask them if their agency teaches Rent Well courses. You can see a list of all the agencies that are current Community Partners HERE.

To graduate in person, you must attend all class sessions, review all 12 sections of the curriculum, and create a housing portfolio. If a class is missed, some instructors may allow students to make up up to 2 sections. If you do not attend the first day, you will automatically be dropped from the class.
