The Rent Well Program takes great care in ensuring that tenants get detailed information not just about the basics of the renting process but about local housing laws in their area that impact their housing journey. Because of this, the curriculum is currently only available in Oregon and Washington states.

Oregon residents can access the curriculum through in-person classes, webinar-style classes with an instructor, and the stand-alone eCourse. Washington residents have access to in-person and webinar-style courses due to funding limitations.
