To graduate in person, you must attend all class sessions, review all 12 sections of the curriculum, and create a housing portfolio. If a class is missed, some instructors may allow students to make up up to 2 sections. If you do not attend the first day, you will automatically be dropped from the class.

After you make a request to register, we will contact you within 7-10 days to schedule an intake appointment. Please check your email and voicemail regularly in case you miss our call. You are not fully signed up until you have completed an appointment and all of the necessary paperwork. We give registration priority to Clackamas County residents but people from neighboring areas can also request to sign up.
