The classes listed below are open to the general public. Please note that some agencies may charge a minimal fee. This list is updated as instructors inform the Rent Well Program of upcoming classes, so check back often.

    After you request to sign up, we will contact you to schedule an intake appointment. Please check your email and voicemail regularly in case you miss our call. You are not fully signed up until you have completed an appointment and all necessary paperwork.

    You must bring a photo ID, proof of income for the last 30 days, and information about your housing situation to your intake appointment.

  • What are eCourse Labs?
    Optional weekly drop-in sessions to get eCourse help from a Rent Well instructor at a computer lab. Anyone interested in taking the eCourse is welcome—no prior registration is required.

    Do I have to sign up ahead of time?
    You do not need to sign up for labs. Just drop by during our scheduled hours.

    What should I bring?
    Please bring a photo ID if you have one.
    You can either use one of the computers in the lab or bring your own device.
