Closeout Form

Ensure that you are using up to date forms by checking the linked documents. You must be logged into the Rent Well Tenant Education eAcademy to access the documents

• Attendance and Assignment Sheet (pdf oder excel)
  
  
• Student Information Forms (OR oder WA) - all 4 pages per graduate


• Graduation Certificates (OR oder WA) (how to fill)


• Course Evaluations - students complete on the last day


NOTE: The total maximum file limit is 20 MB, to submit more than one document (or a total more than 20 MB) you will need to complete multiple Close-Out forms.
