class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p>\u623f\u6771\u662f\u7368\u7acb\u627f\u5305\u5546\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u662f\u4fc4\u52d2\u5ca1\u5dde\u4f4f\u623f\u548c\u793e\u5340\u670d\u52d9\u7684\u4ee3\u7406\u4eba\u3002\u623f\u6771\u540c\u610f\u6839\u64da\u300a\u623f\u6771\/\u79df\u6236\u5354\u8b70\u300b\u5411\u79df\u6236\u51fa\u79df\/\u79df\u8cc3\u4f4f\u5b85\uff0c\u81ea\u5354\u8b70\u958b\u59cb\u4e4b\u65e5\u8d77\u81f3\u5c11 12 \u500b\u6708\uff0c\u524d\u63d0\u662f\u79df\u6236\u4ecd\u7136\u9075\u5b88\u300a\u623f\u6771\/\u79df\u6236\u5354\u8b70\u300b\uff1b\u4f46\u662f\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u63a5\u53d7\u6309\u6708\u79df\u8cc3\u5354\u8b70\u3002\u7c3d\u7f72\u6b64\u8868\u683c\u4e26\u4e0d\u653e\u68c4 ORS 90 \u8ce6\u4e88\u623f\u6771\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u5408\u6cd5\u6b0a\u5229\uff1b\u4f46\u662f\uff0c\u5728\u5c45\u4f4f\u7684\u524d 12 \u500b\u6708\u5167\u7684\u7121\u7406\u7531\u901a\u77e5\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u5f71\u97ff\u623f\u6771\u5c0d\u8a72\u8a08\u5283\u63f4\u52a9\u7684\u8acb\u6c42\u3002\u8a72\u4fdd\u8b49\u50c5\u9069\u7528\u65bc\u5728\u79df\u8cc3\u7684\u524d 12 \u500b\u6708\u5167\u767c\u751f\u7684\u640d\u58de\u3002\u79df\u6236\u5fc5\u9808\u5728\u9019 12 \u500b\u6708\u5167\u642c\u51fa\u6216\u88ab\u9a45\u9010\u51fa\u4f4f\u6240\uff0c\u623f\u6771\u624d\u80fd\u8acb\u6c42\u8a08\u5283\u63f4\u52a9\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u64d4\u4fdd\u53d6\u6c7a\u65bc\u63d0\u51fa\u8acb\u6c42\u6642\u7684\u53ef\u7528\u8cc7\u91d1\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u5c0d\u65bc\u6bcf\u9805\u79df\u8cc3\u7684\u6240\u6709\u640d\u5bb3\u8ce0\u511f\u7e3d\u984d\u9650\u5236\u70ba $5,000\u3002\u64d4\u4fdd\u50c5\u6db5\u84cb\u8a08\u5283\u5141\u8a31\u7684\u8d85\u51fa\u4fdd\u8b49\u91d1\u7684\u8cbb\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u79df\u6236\u5728\u79df\u671f\u7684\u524d 12 \u500b\u6708\u5167\u642c\u51fa\u6216\u88ab\u9a45\u9010\uff0c\u623f\u6771\u540c\u610f\u901a\u77e5\u8a08\u5283\u63d0\u4f9b\u8005\uff0c\u5373\u4f7f\u6c92\u6709\u8acb\u6c42\u5e6b\u52a9\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u623f\u6771\u540c\u610f\u5728\u79df\u6236\u642c\u51fa\u4f4f\u6240\u6216\u56e0\u623f\u6771\u4e0d\u9075\u5b88\u898f\u5b9a\u800c\u88ab\u9a45\u9010\u4e4b\u65e5\u8d77 30 \u500b\u65e5\u66c6\u65e5\u5167\uff0c\u5411\u8a08\u5283\u63d0\u4f9b\u8005\u63d0\u4ea4\u64d4\u4fdd\u8cc7\u91d1\u7533\u8acb\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u640d\u5931\u8d85\u904e\u4fdd\u8b49\u91d1\uff0c\u5247\u9700\u8981\u63d0\u4f9b\u6240\u6709\u5fc5\u8981\u7684\u6587\u4ef6\u3002\u79df\u6236\u5354\u8b70\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u623f\u6771\u540c\u610f\u4e0d\u5411\u79df\u6236\u3001Housing Choice Landlord Guarantee Program \u6216\u4efb\u4f55\u5176\u4ed6\u7b2c\u4e09\u65b9\uff08\u4f8b\u5982\u4fdd\u96aa\uff09\u6536\u56de\u8a72\u8a08\u5283\u652f\u4ed8\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u8cbb\u7528\u3002\u5982\u679c\u5df2\u7d93\u5c0d\u79df\u6236\u4f5c\u51fa\u5224\u6c7a\uff0c\u623f\u6771\u5c07\u5728\u6536\u5230\u4ed8\u6b3e\u5f8c\u7684 30 \u500b\u65e5\u66c6\u65e5\u5167\u63d0\u4ea4\u4e00\u4efd\u6eff\u610f\u7684\u5224\u6c7a\uff0c\u4e26\u5c07\u8a72\u6eff\u610f\u7684\u526f\u672c\u767c\u9001\u7d66 OHCS\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u623f\u6771\u540c\u610f\u9075\u5b88\u8a08\u5283\u4e0b\u7684\u6240\u6709\u6cd5\u5f8b\u3001\u6cd5\u898f\u548c\u6307\u5c0e\u65b9\u91dd\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u4f46\u4e0d\u9650\u65bc\u8a08\u5283\u7684\u5177\u9ad4\u8981\u6c42\u3001\u4fdd\u8b77\u516c\u6c11\u6b0a\u5229\u7684\u516c\u5171\u653f\u7b56\u3001\u5f71\u97ff\u623f\u6771\u6703\u8a08\u548c\u8a18\u9304\u4fdd\u5b58\u7cfb\u7d71\u7684\u653f\u5e9c\u7bc4\u570d\u7684\u884c\u653f\u547d\u4ee4\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u8a08\u5283\u63d0\u4f9b\u8005\u65bd\u52a0\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u898f\u5247\u3001\u689d\u4f8b\u6216\u6307\u5357\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u623f\u6771\u540c\u610f\u8a08\u5283\u63d0\u4f9b\u8005\u548c OHCS \u7684\u76e3\u7763\u6b0a\u5229\u548c\u8cac\u4efb\u4ee5\u53ca\u8a08\u5283\u63d0\u4f9b\u8005\u548c OHCS \u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u76e3\u7763\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u623f\u6771\u540c\u610f\u4e0d\u53ef\u64a4\u92b7\u7684\u6b0a\u5229\uff0c\u5728\u5408\u7406\u901a\u77e5\u5f8c\u7531\u8a08\u5283\u63d0\u4f9b\u8005\u6216 OHCS \u6aa2\u67e5\u5354\u8b70\u4e2d\u78ba\u5b9a\u7684\u4f4f\u6240\uff0c\u4ee5\u76e3\u6e2c\u548c\/\u6216\u6838\u5be6\u63f4\u52a9\u7533\u8acb\u4e2d\u8981\u6c42\u7684\u8cbb\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6839\u64da\u8a08\u5283\u63d0\u4f9b\u8005\u6216 OHCS \u901a\u904e\u8a08\u5283\u63d0\u4f9b\u8005\u7684\u6b64\u985e\u6307\u4ee4\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u7d42\u6b62\u5354\u8b70\u3002 OHCS \u4e0d\u5c0d\u5354\u8b70\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u4e00\u65b9\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u4eba\u8ca0\u8cac\u6307\u793a\u7d42\u6b62\u6b64\u985e\u5354\u8b70\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u60a8\u7684\u7c3d\u540d\u6388\u6b0a Rent Well \u50c5\u51fa\u65bc\u5167\u90e8\u71df\u92b7\u76ee\u7684\u5206\u4eab\u60a8\u7684\u7269\u696d\u540d\u7a31\u548c\u57fa\u672c\u806f\u7e6b\u4fe1\u606f\u3002\u8981\u9078\u64c7\u9000\u51fa\uff0c\u8acb\u767c\u9001\u96fb\u5b50\u90f5\u4ef6\u81f3 <a
